In just 5 weeks, you’ll learn all the major concepts you need to successfully perform on a musical improv team: song structure, musicality, improv content, scene-into-song, and a narrative format (Fairy Tale).

Improv Singalong! Musical Improv Workshop
Do you love making up songs in the shower or in the car? Ever find yourself singing along to karaoke, wishing you could create your own lyrics on the spot? Have you always wanted to try songwriting, musical improv, or musical theater, but weren’t sure where to start? Been curious about improvised songs, but unsure where to begin?
Join us for musical improv! It’s all about creating songs together as a group. It’s improv with music!
In this two hour workshop, you’ll learn how to turn an idea into an improvised song using verse and chorus structure with a group. All experience levels are welcome. Really!
Tune Up! Musical Improv Practice Group
Join Tune Up! It’s a monthly practice group for anyone doing musical improv, whether you’ve taken one workshop, joined a class, or perform regularly.
You’ll get playful and gentle coaching from experienced peers and performers who love sharing what they’ve learned and cheering you on. Each session is a chance to share skills, try new things, and build your craft in a fun, low-pressure space where it’s okay to mess up. That’s how you learn!
Every second Saturday of the month, we meet to try new things, sharpen your skills, and build strong musical improv scenes with your teammates.
